Oil Containment Boom
Solid Float PVC Oil Containment Boom is a common economical boom, which particularly fits for the oil-spilling emergency and other floating containment in quiet offshore waters. This is particularly suitable for the long term fixed deployment on waters. It has been widely used on rivers, harbors, lakes, offshore oil platforms and other waters due to its quick deployment and convenient operation.

7. The upper, middle and lower ridges, stiffening belts and counterweight chains are longitudinal force elements. Each section of the oil boom has a fixed anchor seat, so that the skirt of the oil boom forms a concave surface of underwater oil stagnation in the water flow, and the flexible section of the oil boom forms a concave surface of water oil stagnation.
8. Crossbar type float with flexible sections between floats.
9. Each section is 20 meters, with convenient intersection connection.
STRUCTURE:
1. Boom's membrane is PVC double-face coated reinforced fabric.
2. A top ridge rope, middle reinforced belts and a bottom balance chain on boom sections bear the longitudinal load, and form concaves both at the skirt in water and at the flexible sections above water when boom is in a current.
3. There are flexible sections between cross beam like floaters.
4. Easily connect boom sections, which are 20m long.
5. Every section has anchor seats.
